Coffee Smoothie
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • ⅓ cup of chilled brewed coffee
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 scoop of collagen powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp almond butter (heaping)
  • ½ tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 date
  • ice
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender & mix well.
  2. Pour into a 16 oz mason jar & enjoy!
Notes
I like my smoothies on the thicker side so I add about 2 cups of ice to the blender.
