Now more than ever we need to keep healthy & make sure we are doing whatever we can to boost our immune system. I literally never in my life thought I would be doing a blog post about this!
A few things I’ve been doing this past month (before this whole pandemic started) was turn to Young Living & utilize their wellness products for immune boosting results. I’m no health & wellness expert and am certainly not a doctor, I just want to share with you what I’ve been doing. Always consult a professional or do your own research before taking any new supplements.
So here’s what I’ve added into my daily routine to just be the healthiest version of myself:
This powerful immune supporting supplement is packed with camu camu, acerola, cherry & rose hips fruit powder. This chewable tablet contains 150 mg of Vitamin C & I take this twice a day.
I’m the worst about getting my greens in daily. These capsules are made with spirulina, alfalfa sprouts, barley grass, bee pollen, eleuthero, Pacific Kelp & various essential oils.
If you try anything from Young Living, it has to be this oil. It’s used in all their wellness products, cleaning products & more! It’s essential when trying to build a healthy immune system. I have been diffusing this every night when I get home from work (along with some lemon essential oil) to cleanse the air in my home & breathe in this invigoratingly clean, spicy scent. I also use this in a roller ball at night and roll it onto the bottoms of my feet & down my spine. I swear it keeps the sniffles away & will get rid of a cold overnight.
Again, super necessary & used all of the time. This multi-surface cleaner is used in my kitchen, bathroom & even my car. This bottle is highly concentrated so I only have to mix a capful (or two) with water in a 16 oz. spray bottle. You get about 16-20 bottles of cleaner out of this one concentrated bottle. And it’s completely chemical free & plant based.
There are so many options out there on the market right now, but I truly think Young Living has some of the cleanest, purest ingredients. I feel confident knowing I am only putting the best into my body & cleaning with healthy, non-toxic products.
