We’ve all been there- we get invited to a party last minute and need a quick hostess gift.
Sometimes bringing an appetizer or some sort of dish isn’t an option (especially if it’s a party directly after work). The easiest thing to do is bring a bottle of wine. Or prosecco is also a favorite of mine to bring!

I am a white wine drinker. I can only handle red wine if it’s in a sangria or some sort of spritzer. Red wine just gives me a nasty headache- white wine is my go-to. So that being said, I’ve enlisted a professional red wine drinker to help round out my list- my sister! The girl loves her wine, just look at her snapchat.
I always go to Total Wine to stock up on all my favorite wines. They literally have EVERYTHING there! And if you’re unsure about what kind of wine to get, just ask for help. Everyone who works at Total Wine is super helpful & can point you in the right direction.
Here are my picks for my favorite white wines:
Luna Di Luna Pinot Grigio- I’ve been drinking this Pinto Grigio since college. It’s crisp & light.
Cupcake Sauvignon Blanc- I just recently started to get into Sauvignon Blanc & so far this one is my favorite. It has a hint of sweetness to it, but still crisp like a pinot grigio!
Kitchen Sink California White Blend- This is a great wine to bring if you have no idea what kind of white wine your host likes.
Here are Kelly’s picks for her fav red wines:
Courtney Benham Cabernet Sauvignon- This is a full bodied wine with a savory finish.
The Original Martin’s Pick Up Shiraz- This flavorful wine has hints of blueberries, dark cherries and pairs nicely with cheeses & grilled meats.
Bistrot Chic Merlot Cabernet Syrah- This is a great option if you have no clue what type of red wine your host likes.
