It’s finally Friday & it’s seriously felt like one of the longest weeks ever.
I don’t know if it was because of all the election hype/drama or the days getting darker quicker- but this week kicked my butt. I’m so not a nap taker, but I was ready for bed at like 5:45 every day this week…yikes!
So I know I’ve been totally MIA, but I had a lot of shit going on. And I got married!!!!! Post coming soon! Totally hoping to get back on track for the rest of the year. To be honest, I haven’t been inspired to get into the kitchen and play around with recipe creation but bear with me. Hopefully I’ll be in the mood to post some more recipes in the coming weeks.
Everyone has had some anxiety one way or another over this election right? For me, it was more that everyone kept talking about how anxious they were so in turn that made me a little crazy. What helped curb the crazy- walks outside. And the weather was perfect for it here in CT. And a little CBD oil at night & the essential oil melatonin pills I’ve been trying out.
