So I absolutely love Mexican food. I can eat tacos with chips & guac EVERY day. But of course these foods can be totally unhealthy & loaded with extra calories. I wanted to find a healthy alternative to guacamole & I came up with this! You can serve this with tortilla chips, veggies or even pita bread!
Skinny Guac

Ingredients
- 1½ tsp. lime juice
- 2-3 avocados
- 1 5 oz. container of Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. minced red onion
- 1½ tsp. onion powder
- 1½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro plus more for garnish
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Do not over mix- I prefer my dip on the chunkier side. Garnish with additional cilantro.
