It has been a little over a year and a half now that I have been blogging. I get asked all the time about the behind the scenes of blogging & how I got started.
I had no clue what I was doing when I first started. So naturally, I listened to every free podcast, read everything I could about blogging on Pinterest & just threw myself into my work.
What is one thing I have heard over & over again when listening to business podcasts, reading self-development books, etc? Investing in yourself & your business when starting out is key. You might think of every reason in the world why you shouldn’t spend money upfront, but honestly, it’s a game-changer.
SOMETHING THAT STOOD OUT TO ME
You may be able to find free resources to teach you how to be a blogger, but the LadyBossBlogger courses give you the tools you need to uplevel your business. These courses teach you how to properly market to your target audience as well as how to develop your brand fully.
I would have saved myself a TON of time if I had just invested in my business sooner. If you are on the fence about taking a course- I highly recommend taking the LadyBossBlogger how to become a profitable blogger and influencer course.
WHAT IS LADYBOSSBLOGGER?
For the longest time, I was just going with the flow & not seeing any real growth. I didn’t really have a marketing plan & would just try a bunch of different methods without no rhyme or reason behind them.
The LadyBossBlogger course was the guidance I needed to cultivate a business plan for my blog. I have learned so much from Elaine & I am grateful that she developed this course, as well as offers an abundance of them you should check out.
The beauty of this course is that it is all online & you can go at your own pace. I know some of us are still holding down 9-5 jobs, so this course lets you learn when you want to & when you have time. The course is also broken down into easy to digest sections. There are several things I took away from this course such as:
- Discovering your why
- Finding your niche & target audience
- Basic Steps to Set-Up Your Blog (there’s a few I initially skipped in the beginning)
- Designing your Personal Brand
- Creating Effective Email Marketing & Strategies (this was SO key to what I needed)
- SEO Best Practices
- How to Monetize your content (this biggest part of why I took this course)
WHAT I HAVE LEARNED
If I would have taken this course when I first started out, it would have saved me SO much time & energy. Investing in yourself sounds scary when you’re first starting out. But I cannot stress to you how important it is & how much stress and time it will save you in the long run.
Also, this course is for all bloggers- not just beginners. I don’t consider myself a novice blogger, but there are so many things I learned from this course. Regardless of where you are in your blogging career, this course will definitely teach you a thing or two.
Investing in your business is investing in yourself!
There’s no time like the present to invest in your side hustle. Taking the course on How To Start A Money Making Blog has totally changed the way I run the backend of my business. There were SOOO many details & steps I was leaving out.
The amount of content & value jam-packed into this one course is insane. I learned about SEO best practices, email marketing strategies, connecting with your target audience & so much more!
