My New Favorite Nighttime Drink: Golden Milk Latte
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ⅛ tsp ground cardamom
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 (1 inch) piece of fresh ginger, peeled & roughly chopped
Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour into a mug over a fine mesh strainer to remove any solids.
  4. Sprinkle with a touch of cinnamon,
