Black Bean Hummus

Serves: 1-2 cups
Ingredients
  • 2 14oz. cans black beans (drained & rinsed)
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a food processor or blender, puree all ingredients. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  2. Let sit for about 10-15 minutes before serving or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. Serve with veggies & crackers!
