Chocolate Chia Pudding

Serves: 4
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • Chocolate chips for garnish
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl & refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Serve in small dessert cups & top with chocolate chips, chocolate chunks or whipped cream.
Store in refrigerator in a tightly sealed container for 4-5 days.
