½ cup plus more for topping of mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or line loaf pan with parchment paper. You can also use an 8x8 baking dish (just remember to adjust your cook time).
In a large bowl, combine the almond butter, pumpkin & oil. Mix well.
Add in honey & vanilla- mix well. Add in cocoa powder, baking soda, salt & cinnamon.Stir until combined.
Add in mini chocolate chips & stir.
Pour batter into loaf pan then sprinkle a handful of mini chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 20-30 min in the oven or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Brownies typically last up to 7 days in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
