Total time
Serves: 2 cups
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 cups water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup (optional)
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for about 30-60 seconds until smooth & creamy. Add more water if needed.
  2. Place cheesecloth or a metal strainer over a large bowl or glass measuring cup. Carefully pour blended oat milk through the cheesecloth or strainer.
  3. Discard of the oat pulp. Pour strained oat milk into a storage container (I like glass mason jars). Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  4. Shake well before use- it naturally separates.
